I was a little scared to start out with, since my girlfriend and I are entering the house buying market for the first time. Kim changed that. From the very beginning she made sure that we were comfortable and that we weren't alone during the process. From finding a house to closing she was there and made sure we felt like she cared about our happiness with our new place. I had never been through this process before and was selling my house after nearly 18 years living in it. Kim was amazingly supportive and guided me through the process with ease.
